Payment and Bookings

Of course! You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before its due to start. To cancel or reschedule contact us via email meet@sipandclip.com.au

If you're cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your session start time, please be aware that we have a 50% cancellation fee policy. Meaning you forfeit 50% of your booking fee per ticket.

"NO SHOWS"

Unfortunately we cannot offer any form of refund, reschedule or credit for a missed session. You'll be charged the full amount.

Sessions

Of course!! We always encourage everyone to bring your own snacks. Don't forget to bring your favourite wine or beer.

We don't sell alcoholic drinks in our studio, so remember to bring your favourite bottle with you! If not? We'll point you towards the best places nearby.

We'll always do the best we can to ensure that groups or friends are placed together, however, essentially It's first in best dressed. If you're coming with a group book your tickets together where possible so we can do our best to seat you together. 

You'll also enjoy a 10% discount booking a group of 10 or more.

We recommend arriving at the studio 10 minutes before your session starts so you can get comfortable, set up and ready for a great experience.

Yes, sessions are 18 years and over. This excludes private functions and school holiday events. 

We hold classes at two (2) venues-

  • FLORART FLORIST: Shop 2, 3 Hay Ave, Caringbah NSW 2229
  • HUSTLER STUDIOS: 7/181-187 Taren Point Rd, Caringbah NSW 2229
